1. Handcrafted Product Authenticity

Each Banarasi silk saree, dupatta, and ethnic garment is crafted by handloom weavers. Slight irregularities in weaving, slubs in silk yarn, and natural variations in zari shading are hallmarks of authentic handmade heritage textiles, not defects.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
• We accept all major payment modes: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (subject to pincode serviceability).

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our Varanasi master fulfillment center.
• Standard domestic transit takes between 3 to 6 business days depending on location.
• Express shipping is available with real-time tracking via SMS and email.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
